Terms and Condition

  1. PT&T-POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services is committed to delivering reliable and stable internet service based on the allocated bandwidth for each subscriber.
  2. Subscribers have the responsibility to provide access and clearance for duly authorized personnel from POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services. These personnel may enter and leave the subscriber's premises at reasonable hours and frequency, with prior notice, for installation purposes.
  3. Upon installation, subscribers are only required to pay ?20 per meter of UTP wire consumed, in addition to the router. The price of the router depends on its model. The installation itself is provided free of charge.
  4. If subscribers already have their own router, they will only need to pay for the UTP wire and a nominal installation fee of ?600.
  5. In the event of service problems or troubleshooting needs, POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services will promptly dispatch technicians to the location for quick resolution.
  6. Routers provided by POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services come with a six (6) month warranty from the date of installation and activation. POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services will be responsible for replacing the router in case of factory defects. However, the warranty will be void if the router is damaged due to misfortune or the subscriber's fault. Please note that POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services is not responsible for UTP wire-related issues after one week from the date of internet activation.
  7. Billing for the service will commence one (1) day after the service activation.
  8. Subscribers are required to make payment before or on the last date of each month.
  9. If a subscriber anticipates difficulty in making timely payment, they are encouraged to contact POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services before the due date to discuss a reasonable promissory note and avoid any potential service disconnection.
  10. Despite the issuance of a promissory note, POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services reserves the right to suspend the service if payment is not received within one (1) weeks from the due date of the obligation bill.
  11. Subscribers have the option to terminate their subscription by providing a written notice at least one (1) month in advance. However, prior to termination, all outstanding obligations with POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services must be settled in full.
  12. This contract does not have a lock-in period, allowing subscribers the flexibility to discontinue the service as per their requirements.
  13. POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services retains the right to modify, delete, or add to any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement at its discretion. Subscribers are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions for any changes. Continued use of the service after such changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
  14. The agreement between POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services and the Subscriber includes other referenced documents, which are integral parts of the contract.
  15. In the event of any conflict in the interpretation of the provisions within the aforementioned documents, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
